Fun Fancy Dress Ltd have full liability insurance and are able to ship to USA and Canada.
Special delivery items will need a signature, if there is no one available to sign your parcel will be returned to your local delivery centre and a card "should/may" be left by your delivery person.
For orders placed after the deadline of 1PM, where you need your goods the next day. Please contact our warehouse on 0844-414-5739 (5p per minute) and we will do all we can to make sure you receive your order on time.
Your order may be shipped via Royal Mail Tracked, this service requires no signature upon delivery but is tracked at 5 points including the point of delivery.
We will not pass your information to any third parties outside of Fun Fancy Dress Ltd. We may from time to time contact you regarding our services or products where you have given us permission to do so.

Imagine sending mail through the postal system in a clear envelope. Anyone with access to it can see the data. If it looks valuable, they might take it or change it. If you are only returning part of an order, and the new order value is below our free shipping threshold, you will be refunded the cost of the returned item minus our standard shipping charge of £3.95.
You are free to try your costume on to establish size, look and feel. If you are not happy simply return your order to us with your details enclosed and we will process a full refund.
Where the item is not faulty the return postage costs are at your expense. For faulty items, please contact our warehouse on 0844-414-5739 (5p per minute) to arrange a return or exchange (your choice). We advise when returning items to us that you use a trackable postage method as items not received cannot be refunded.
Buying your costumes should be a happy and fun time, we do not impose any unfair terms and conditions or try to confuse you with a long returns policy. We believe that if you are unhappy in any way simply contact us and we will resolve any issue you may have. Happy Shopping!
